Satisfaction or Return

If the customer is not satisfied with theproduct, the maximum period to request the return is stipulated in 7 calendar days from the reception of the order. In this case the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer.
Only returns of products that have not been handled will be accepted.

Defective product of origin

Once we receive the defective product we will send you another one. In this case the change will always be made by the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be billed, making us charge of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make a change for another item, the cost of return and new shipment will be borne by the customer.
